K’s Clean Eats and Treats is a small company based in Evansville, WI, opened by me, Kate! I opened K’s to share my passion of food with those around me through clean, guilt free meals and treats.

We live in a busy world where saving minutes a day makes a huge difference. That’s why I want to save you HOURS throughout the week, freeing up time to spend with your family, enjoy your passion, or just making extra time for you!

Too good to be true right? Well, if you think about how much time goes into cooking it adds up. You need to go shopping, prepare the meal, wait for it to cook, and clean up afterwards… It takes up so much time that anywhere you go there’s a fast food restaurant in business because people are trying to save time. Unfortunately, they don’t provide the healthiest of options, that’s where we come in!

K’s Clean Eats and Treats provides fresh, ready to eat meals, prepared weekly with local ingredients delivered to or near you! We’re striving to make clean eating not only affordable, but easy and convenient.

Each meal is perfectly portioned, made with the highest quality of ingredients and nutritional value. Each meal comes in a reusable microwave safe container guaranteed to stay fresh for 5-6 days in your fridge. K’s prepared meals are the perfect way to eat healthy on-the-go in today’s busy world.

Our menu is constantly changing, featuring multiple options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and guilt free treats! Everything you need to maintain any lifestyle! If you can’t find something you like or have specific goals, we’ll make it for you with our customized meal plans. Our meals are perfect for everyone, whether that’s busy families, professionals, retirees, or individuals with specific fitness goals.

As far as the ordering goes, you can sign up for a meal plan and receive weekly credits to allocate to the meals of your choosing. You can always skip a week if you know you’ll be gone.

Another option is to order a la carte and create your own plan! Our menu changes monthly so you’ll never get bored,
